We had an excellent experience using Helix to move into our first home! Getting a quote was seamless and transparent, and they were also very flexible when we had to suddenly change our move date. The crew was friendly and efficient, and took great care to wrap and package each of our pieces of furniture. Even difficult things like a large metal bed frame, Peloton, and older more fragile pieces made it to our new place with ZERO damage or issues. Using Helix really took the pressure off of a very stressful thing and I would absolutely use them again/recommend them to anyone!

Recently did a local move with Helix and the service rendered was indeed "top-notched". Jonis and team arrived, assessed what I needed moved and began my pack out. Professionally wrapped items with cloth and plastic and laid down a walking mat to prevent any carpet damage. Prior military with over 6 moves and by far this was the best and most professional crew that has moved my household goods.

We were extremely stressed out about moving everything from our TH to a new home. We have many large and heavy furniture pieces, that are also fragile. Helix guys were amazing from the start to the end. Every single piece was professionally wrapped and packed. Everything was carefully assembled and placed in places we wanted it to go to. Jorge and his team did a great job in moving my family and In. Even with a mix up in the time, they still managed to come and get the job done. They worked the narrow spaces without messing up my white walls. Kudos to the team and their hard work. I recommend them to family and friends.

Positive experience from getting the estimate to delivery. Mine was a two-stop interstate move expensive, light colored furniture. It was a Helix truck, not bid out to a third party. They plastic wrapped then blanket wrapped. I was kept informed of pick up and delivery times. The correct furniture was delivered to the two different locations, undamaged, and placed where requested. No hidden costs and the guys were pleasant, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend Helix.

I've moved 17 times in the last 18 yrs of my military career and I have to say that the team from Helix was the best I have had. They were very professional, courteous, nice guys that did the job fast and efficiently. They took initiative and were organized. I'll be using them again for sure! HELIX is great.

I had the best hassle-free, stress-free moving experience with Helix Transfer and Storage. I had to move out of state. Peter was great in setting up the move and answering any questions that I had about the move. The movers were professional. They arrived on time. My items arrived intact, without being broken at all. To me, I usually expect a broken plate, but there was nothing. Then, I had help assembling all of my furniture in my new apartment. The costs were also upfront, so there were no surprises with the costs. I highly recommend this company for moving between states.

Getting in touch with Peter was super easy. On the day of the move everything went smoothly and nothing got lost or broken. I've moved about five or so times in my life so I know a thing or two about movers. These guys are fabulous!

Moving experience was really great! Had an unexpected issue with getting a scale ticket, that was completely out of the moving company’s control.Victor was willing to work with me to ensure I was satisfied! Srcko and his assistant were very pleasant, social, efficient, courteous and professional and l ensured I was happy with the move! Through all of their hard work, I was very satisfied. Told a friend about my upcoming move to a smaller house, and he recommended Helix. Am so grateful he did; They were quick enough to significantly cut down on how long I had expected the move to take.. and all while being careful enough to not damage any furniture.
